Orders and payment

Heavy User and State Distributor pricing is available only to approved accounts. Eligibility, territory, pricing, minimums, and credit terms may be changed or withdrawn according to the applicable written agreement.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
